  1. So true Leanne. I was struggling big time with stress and “fibromyalgia” over the past few years. When I finally started to look at food as being helpful to my symptoms or harmful, that shift in my eating had to happen. I didn’t change to lose weight, but to heal my body. 50 lbs weight loss was just a bonus. Keep up the good work

  2. I love this because health goals are more important to me than weight. When I found out I have Celiac Disease, people ask me all the time if I cheat on what I eat. Not a chance. Because I don’t want to feel terrible, not to mention, gluten eats away my small intestine. So highly motivated. Thank you for making that a clear message for why we eat what we eat. Health over weight. Awesome!
